General Ledger & Journal (new)

A comprehensive new General Ledger & Journal view is now available under Records. This is currently in BETA phase.

• Three tabs: General Ledger, General Journal, and Transaction Lines

• Full search and filtering across all fields, including memo text, counterparty, invoice number, VAT codes, and dimensions

• Click an invoice number to open the linked PDF, or an account number to jump to the General Ledger filtered by that account

• Row checkboxes with a contextual summary row showing selected count, total debit, and total credit; assign dimension labels directly from the General Ledger

• Budget transaction lines shown alongside actuals; default date range is start of last full month to end of current month

Improved column modal

The column settings modal has been redesigned for clarity and ease of use.

• Display toggle (Series, Total, Both) now available on default ACT and BUD columns; new cadence option None aggregates all values into a single column

• Cadence selector simplified with D/W/Q/H/Y buttons — card cadence picker removed; date offset toggle hides settings when not in use

• New Save as new and Create new buttons for column presets; unsaved changes warning when exiting with pending modifications

• Reorganized sections: Data, Cadence & Time Offset, Columns, Format, Naming

• Improved default date ranges for new templates (ACT: start of previous half-year to end of previous month; BUD: start of current month to end of current year)

Other updates

• Sort the report table directly by clicking any column header; company logos now fetched as avatars for counterparties in reports

• VAT handling for budgeting fine-tuned for more accurate cash flow forecasts; cash mode for salaries (Procountor) finalized to production grade

• Users can now set the VAT payment field value on individual transactions; additional bank transaction fields retrieved from the Enable Banking API

• Combined progress bar and spinner for a cleaner loading experience; improved query performance for cumulative data in large organizations

Bug fixes

• Fixed VAT amount calculation for 25.5% VAT rows in List View and "Previous period" offset in formulas not calculating correctly on the first series instance

• Fixed several visibility issues: expand arrows on expandable rows, chevrons on financial table rows, and calendar not opening in Budgeting options → End date

• Fixed Template Preview crash when expanding nodes with transaction lines; fixed Netvisor sync stopping when deleted invoice permission is missing
