Introduction

Resaco is an entrepreneur-driven, young, new-generation national company offering digital marketing services. The company promises to double the quality demand of its growth-seeking customers in 3 months. The founder of the company is Olli Junes, who has strong experience in sales and company growth and development. 

Their ideal customer is a company seeking strong growth that wants to double results instead of a 10% increase – as quickly as possible. Resaco focuses on increasing sales rather than vague marketing goals.

Challenge

Resaco's operations are experiencing strong growth, although economic monitoring, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting need to be managed to support this growth. The company uses the Procountor accounting system, but it does not provide adequate tools for management reporting and accurate cash flow forecasting.

Onboarding

Resaco's CEO, entrepreneur Olli Junes created Procountor API keys. This took about 3 minutes. Next, it was time to enter the created API keys into Caleido, which took 2 minutes. The accounts were mapped automatically. The actual data was transferred seamlessly from the Procountor bookkeeping software to Caleido. Caleido was now ready for use. 

The orientation was conducted in five 1-hour remote meetings utilizing their own financial data. Olli did it and Caleido's Ali Omar guided.

A custom management report for Resaco was created in minutes using Caleido's flexible report editor, where the revenue is divided by customer and fixed costs by operation. The cash situation was also important to add to the report. Olli independently and effortlessly prepared the budget after one guidance session. The charts for the upcoming year's budget can be generated with the push of a button.

• Together with Olli, a personalized management income statement report was created, which helped to conceptualize the finances more from a business perspective.
